Shipping & Handling Charges
Shipping and handling charges are based on the weight of the products in your order per address. Regular delivery is 7 to 10 business days typically by UPS, however on some occasions we may choose to ship your order via USPS (US mail). If you have a PO box please include this information in the address line as well as your street address to ensure proper delivery.
Certain items may ship directly from the manufacturer and may take longer – these items are typically noted in the description or you will be notified once we have received your order.
Express Shipping is quoted on a per case basis by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you are dissatisfied with a product received we will gladly accept it back for an exchange or store credit within 30 days of receipt. All returned items must be in resellable condition, unopened and in their original packaging. Refunds on merchandise or shipping charges will not be issued unless there was a shipping error or a manufacturers defect. Nightwear, women’s clothing, baby products and jewelry are not returnable unless they are in their original packaging and have their tags attached. All returns must be authorized by emailing us at email@example.com at that time we will provide return instructions.
